For Time:

3 Person Team

Row 1200m (alternating every 400m)

Then 2 Rounds

30 Moutain Climbers (R/L=1)

60 Push Ups

90 Weighted Lunges (45/25)

120 Box Jumps/Step Downs (20)

150 Sit-ups

Sprint 400m

Row 1200m (alternating every 400m)
All work may be broken up as necessary unless noted. All athletes must run the 400.

One Athlete not working must hold plank position.
