Can I do my own thing during class?

For any experienced CrossFitters, Weightlifters, and Strongman, we do offer Open Gym hours where you can follow your own programming during non-class times. Check out the schedule to see our Open Gym hours.

We only ask that you follow our house rules.

They are:

  1. Class has priority.
  2. All strict movements when coaches are coaching (no dropping barbells, etc)
  3. Clips on all bars with weight even while warming up. No exceptions.
  4. Be a part of the community and interact with your fellow fitnessers!
  5. Have fun!
