Program Description

Join our CrossFit classes in Cornelius, NC to start a fitness journey unlike any you've experienced at other gyms. Our CrossFit program is designed to push your boundaries, enhance your strength, and foster a supportive community of like-minded individuals committed to achieving their fitness goals.


You will always receive instruction from a CrossFit certified trainer and will consistently be coached to ensure that you are performing all movements in a safe and efficient manner. Everyone works hard, but no one will be asked to do things they can’t safely do. Everything we do in the group class can be modified to meet the athlete’s individual needs. Classes are scheduled in one hour increments throughout the day and include a warm-up, skill work, strength & conditioning and mobility.
