As you begin CrossFit training, pre and post workout nutrition is going to be critical to your recovery. At CrossFit Cornelius, we believe in Whole30, as a way to evaluate the foods that are optimal for YOU. We offer two nutrition seminars per year: one in January and another in early Fall.
