Since 2013, we have coached adults in the Lake Norman area who are invested in their long term health.
Your training is coached, your progress is measured, and your results are tracked, documented, and built on.
This is not a gym. This is your team.
We Know You Before We Coach You
Most gyms hand you a schedule. We start with data.
The Performance Assessment is a 75 minute private session. Evolt 360 body composition scan, movement quality screen, goal intake, and a written 90 day program recommendation.
It is included with our higher tier memberships and open to any member who wants one.
Not required. Just the difference between a program built for you and a program you hope works.
Note: Included in Performance and Elite memberships. Available as an add-on for all members.
Seven Ways To Train.

Most gyms give you a stack of classes that ignore each other. Train twice in a week and you might hit the same thing twice without knowing it.
Every class at C2 runs on the same programming cycles, built in unison.

Care Where You Train
Your training is at the gym. Your back is at the chiropractor. Recovery is across town.
Five or six relationships, none of them talking to each other.
Return 2 Play is open inside C2.
Physical therapy and massage, in the same building, so your coach and your therapist finally work from the same page.

C2 gives you a coaching relationship and a clinical team.
- Your coaches are credentialed strength and conditioning professionals who know your name, your history, and your goals.
- Your nutrition guidance comes from a registered dietitian, not a trainer with an opinion.
- Your physical therapist is a doctor of physical therapy working on site, in the same building where you train.

You’ve heard it before — but hydration isn’t just “drink water.”
It’s one of the most overlooked performance tools in the gym.
Dehydration as little as 2% of bodyweight can significantly reduce strength, endurance, coordination, and even mental clarity [? Source: American College of Sports Medicine].
That’s why we coach hydration as part of your training strategy — not just something you think about once you’re already parched.
Here’s a simple guideline that works for nearly everyone: ½ your bodyweight in ounces per day
Ex: If you weigh 160 lbs → aim for 80 oz/day
? That’s your baseline, not counting heat or intense training.
Want better lifts, quicker recovery, and a sharper mindset in the gym?
Start by sipping sooner.
Fueling your body doesn’t start with food.
It starts with water.
And it’s one of the easiest wins you can control today.
