At C2, we do not run generic fitness classes. We build training programs around the person standing in front of us.
Every member starts with a Performance Assessment. A 60-minute private session that includes a full Evolt 360 body composition scan, a movement quality screen, a goal intake conversation, and a written report with a 90-day program recommendation. This is how we know who we are coaching before we start coaching them.
From there, your program is built around your body, your history, your goals, and your life. Strength and conditioning, performance nutrition, body composition tracking, and quarterly coaching reviews. All of it connected. All of it documented in your C2 Performance File.
We serve adults in the Lake Norman area who are serious about their long term health and performance. If you want a plan that actually fits you, this is where it starts.
