B. Bar Hold Top of DL (135/95)

A. Slam Balls (30/20)

B. OH Plate Hold

A. Row (For Cal)

B. Front Rack Static Hold (95/65)

2 TMs Perform A while 1 TM holds B. If teammate performing B stops both athletes performing A must stop. In addition each time athlete performing B loses position team must rotate positions.
