Teams of 3

20:00 AMRAP

10 Goblet Squats (1.5/1)

20 Hanging Knee Raises

30 KB DL (1.5/1)

Athlete 1 and 2 start on the triplet (one athlete working at a time).

Athlete 3 runs 400m before switching with a teammate.

(Note: Partition triplet however you see fit)

(Note: One teammate must always be running, and you must switch every 400m)

(Note: Score is total rounds of running + reps of the triplet)
