100 KBS (1.5/1)

90 Hanging Knee Raises

80 Air Squats

70 Push-ups

60 Pull-ups

50 Walking Lunges

40 Sit-ups
Only one athlete can be working on AMRAP

“Off” Athlete must run a 200m run before switching out
