25 Push Ups

35 Lunges

45 Sit Ups

55 Box Jump/Step Downs (24/20)

Team will be responsible for holding

a 1 Pood, a 1.5 Pood and a 2Pood KB during work. If any KB touches floor, team will have penalty 400m sprint.
