Passing through and looking for a gym with CrossFit classes in Cornelius, NC? Our Drop-In program welcomes traveling athletes to join our classes and be a part of the CrossFit Cornelius experience. Whether you're a seasoned CrossFitter or new to our community, our doors are open to ensure you have a memorable and energizing workout during your visit to Cornelius, NC.

Our drop-in classes are for traveling athletes with at least 3 month of CrossFit experience only.

FAQs

  • What’s your general policy for drop-ins?

    We love nothing more than having visitors from other boxes come “throw down” with us! If you are just passing through, we charge a drop in fee of $20 per day or offer a week-long punch pass for $60. You can pre-register for any of our classes by clicking the button above the FAQ section. By pre-registering you will be able to reserve your spot in class and also fill out the waiver before you even get to the gym. It’d be great if you’d plan on arriving 15 minutes before scheduled class time so we can introduce you to our box, show you around and make you feel at home before the class even begins. You can find our class schedule by clicking here. You may find that we do things a little differently than your “box back home.” We hope that you enjoy the change in scenery, clientele, maybe even music. Welcome to your home away from home here at C2!


  • Do I need to book in advance or contact anyone?

    Yes, we do request that you sign up before you come in to drop-in. Please use the 'sign up' button to reserve your spot. You will fill out your account information, provide payment, and sign the waiver. We do not turn anyone away. You can email or complete the "Contact Form" if you have any questions.

  • I just moved to Cornelius and am looking for a new gym. Can I check you out prior to joining?

    If you are an experienced CrossFitter (3 or more months) we will give you a complimentary day. If you feel CrossFit Cornelius is the right gym for you, we'll get you started in classes. Please get in touch with us.

  • Can I drop in for Open Gym?

    For any experienced CrossFitters, Weightlifters, and Strongman, we do offer Open Gym hours where you can follow your own programming during non-class times. Check out the schedule to see our Open Gym hours. We only ask that you follow our house rules. They are:

    1. Class has priority.
    2. All strict movements when coaches are coaching (no dropping barbells, etc)
    3. Clips on all bars with weight even while warming up. No exceptions.
    4. Be a part of the community and interact with your fellow fitnessers!
    5. Have fun!
