The hardest part is that first step. Today is the day you take the first step. Schedule your Free Intro to meet with someone from our professional staff. We will help answer any questions, give you more info about our approach to fitness and help you schedule your first session.
Day 3: Find a membership that works for you!See our membership options
We offer a variety of monthly memberships to meet your needs and your goals. One of our coaches will help you select the plan that works best for. All memberships include access to CrossFit, Hybrid|Fit and Accessory daily tracts.
Day 4: Together we start the journey to a happier, healthier you.Foundations
We help you learn the fundamentals of being fit. Foundations Program is specifically designed and implemented to help get you up to speed mentally and physically before joining our community in the group classes. To ensure we are giving you the best experience this is a pre-requisite before attending our CrossFit group classes. Our community helps keep you accountable and supports you as you start your journey to a happier, healthier you!

Congratulations, you’ve been with CrossFit Cornelius for 30 days and it’s been a great 30 days. You’ve already completed a couple of your fitness goals!

Congratulations on doing great work and investing in your long-term fitness goals. It’s not easy, but you’re accomplishing a lot already, so keep the ahhmazing effort (and good times) rolling.
