Performance Assessment
Before we prescribe, we assess.
This is not a workout.
It is a 60-minute private diagnostic session that gives you the most complete physical baseline available in the Lake Norman market. Data, movement, goals, and a written plan. Before you train a single day.
01.
Book Your Performance Assessment
Your entry point at C2 is a 60-minute private session with your assigned coach. Not a conversation. Not a tour. A structured diagnostic that includes a full Evolt 360 body composition scan, a movement quality screen, a goal architecture intake, and a written Structural Audit Report with a 90-day program recommendation. You leave with data and a plan.
02.
Understand Exactly Where You Are
Your Evolt 360 scan gives you muscle mass by segment, fat mass, visceral fat rating, resting metabolic rate, hydration levels, and biological age estimate. Your movement screen identifies what is working, what is limiting your progress, and what injury risks need to be addressed before programming begins. Your goal intake documents your history, your lifestyle, and what has and has not worked in the past.
All of it goes into your C2 Performance File.
03.
Start Training With a Real Plan
You leave your Assessment with a written Structural Audit Report. Your baseline numbers, your movement quality scores, your documented goals, and a specific 90-day program recommendation built around what we found. If you enroll in a C2 Performance membership within 6 days, $100 credits toward your first month.
Your report becomes Page 1 of your Performance File and your first session is built directly from it.
Performance Assessment FAQs
- Is this a sales pitch?
No. The Assessment is 60 minutes of actual coaching work. Evolt 360 scan, movement screen, goal intake, written report. There is no pitch inside the session. If you want to continue as a C2 Performance member after, that conversation happens separately. If you decide it is not the right fit, the report and your baseline data are yours regardless.
2. Who will I work with?
Your assigned C2 coach. This is not a front desk conversation. It is a private, one on one coaching session focused entirely on understanding your body, your history, and your goals before we build a program around you.
3. Do I need prior training experience?
No. The Assessment is designed to meet you exactly where you are. Whether you have been training for years or have not touched a weight in a decade, the Assessment gives us the baseline we need to build a program that is appropriate for your current capacity and goals.
4. What does the $199 cover?
The full 60-minute session including your Evolt 360 body composition scan, movement quality screen, goal architecture conversation, and your written Structural Audit Report with a 90-day program recommendation. If you enroll in a C2 Performance membership within 6 days, $100 of the $199 credits toward your first month.
5. How long does the Assessment take?
60 minutes. Enough time to complete the scan, the movement screen, the goal intake, and review your written report together before you leave. You will not be rushed and you will not leave without answers.
6. What should I bring?
Wear comfortable clothing you can move in. Bring any relevant medical history or injury information that would help your coach understand your background. There is nothing to prepare and nothing to commit to beyond showing up ready to have an honest conversation about where you are and where you want to go.
