Program Description
The C2 Foundations Program is designed for anyone new to CrossFit or looking to brush up on fundamentals. You’ll work through 4 private sessions with a coach who will guide you through key movements, help improve your technique, and answer any questions along the way.
We focus on building strength, stability, and confidence — so when you step into group classes, you’ll feel ready and supported. Sessions are scheduled flexibly and designed to be completed in 10–14 days for the best results.
