New to CrossFit or have less than 3 months experience in a CrossFit Facility? Our Foundations program is built for you!

It consists of four 60-minute personal training sessions designed specifically for people new to CrossFit. These four sessions are typically done over the course of 2 weeks.

Each session will cover 3-4 new movements and then end with a workout that can be modified up or down according to your current fitness level. We will meet you where you are at!

Our curriculum is sequential as it teaches the basic movement patterns, barbell technique, mobility and conditioning facets of CrossFit and includes initial movement, mobility, and work capacity assessments.

These sessions are scheduled around your availability and delivered in a one-on-one setting to ensure you are well prepared to participate in your first group Workout of the Day (WOD) with the confidence and the knowledge you need to be successful. Anyone new to CrossFit is required to complete the Foundations Program before attending group classes.



Starting off can be intimidating for many and that's why we have a guided experience to meet you where you are at now..

Our Foundations program is for athletes who are new to CrossFit. We provide 1-on-1 coaching to teach you how to perform movements safely & efficiently. No matter you what your prior training experience, Foundations is professionally designed to help you to learn to take the first step towards your health and wellness goals. Anyone new to CrossFit or with less than 3-month of prior experience at a CrossFit certified gym is required to complete the Foundations Program before attending our CrossFit group classes.
